Confirmation of booking Once we have checked your preferred date is available, we will then send you a letter confirming your booking date, time and approximate number of players we can either send this * By post |
  Paying your deposit We ask for a deposit to secure your booking. This amount will vary with group size and can be discussed when date is arranged. Our preferred method of payment is by Debit/Credit card, but can be posted to us by cheque or if local, can be brought to home address Rosemary Topping Cottage Common Grove English Bicknor Coleford, Glos. Gl16 7PE As we are a site reserved for single groups, all deposits are non-refundable. If sufficient notice is given (minimum of 14 days) we may be able to transfer your deposit to another date for you. Declaration Form All players must complete a declaration form and will not be allowed on site without a fully completed form. This form outlines the potential risks involved with playing paintball and also confirms to us that you are physically fit and able to take the exertion involved.
